Status: Partially implemented

The worklist tracks every lab request: requested, collected, completed, validated by a physician. Results are entered per parameter and flagged against the sex- and age-specific reference interval. The validated report is issued as PDF and can be emailed. The test catalogue and panels are managed in the application.

What is missing today

There is no connection to laboratory analysers, no quality control and no automatic critical-value alert.
Collection is a state of the request; there is no separate sample record (sample barcode).
