Investigations and AI imaging
Status: Partially implemented
Investigation requests (laboratory, imaging, functional tests) follow their own flow to completion. In the IMFS Medical AI Vision console a DICOM study is uploaded, the images are viewed, the effective dose is computed under CNCAN rules and an AI pre-interpretation is produced, marked as an unvalidated draft. The radiologist reviews it, corrects it and signs the report, issued as PDF.

What is missing today
- The AI pre-interpretation assists the physician and has no clinical validation of the model; the radiologist decides.
- Studies are uploaded manually; automatic retrieval and generation from PACS are in preparation.
- There is no full volumetric CT/MRI analysis.
- Study import has size limits (250 MB, 1,000 frames).
