Implementation in the pilot project
IMFS Hospital OS is at the pilot-project stage. For each institution we choose the workflows to evaluate, document the configuration and keep the results, including errors and manual interventions.
Who works on the project
The project is developed by Repixolith SRL and IMFS Group SRL, together with the IMFS.tech engineering team and the IMFS One applications.
- IMFS Hospital OS — the Linux-based operating system; compatibility, installation and administration are verified on the pilot configuration.
- IMFS Medical AI Vision — assistance in preparing a proposed imaging interpretation; the physician examines, corrects and validates it.
- IMFS.tech — technical assessment, infrastructure, connections and assisted migration, within the agreed scope.
- IMFS One — the medical applications and administrative services chosen for the institution.
Pilot stages
- Assessment — scope, workflows to walk through, authorised owners, permitted data and success criteria.
- Infrastructure — Linux workstations and servers, network and equipment, configured by IMFS.tech.
- Connections — CNAS (PIAS/SIUI, SIPE) with the institution's certificate; InfoWorld via the connector application installed in the hospital; imaging studies are uploaded to the AI console, while automatic retrieval from PACS is in preparation.
- Data — patient take-over from InfoWorld via the connector application and other assisted migrations, with reconciliation of the result.
- Training — by role (front desk, physician, nurse, laboratory, pharmacy, reporting, administrator), following the user manual.
- Results and decision — observations, rejected proposals, manual interventions and the owners' decision, recorded in the pilot sheet.
What we do not assume
Pilot status does not mean free of charge, a fixed duration or a given number of participating institutions; these are agreed for each evaluation. A module existing in the application does not prove full integration in the institution: the CNAS connection, qualified signature, portal and migration are verified on the actual configuration.
