Pharmacy and ward stock
Status: Partially implemented
The hospital pharmacy keeps central stock by lot (receipts, adjustments, returns, movement history), imports the ANMDM drug nomenclature and associates barcodes. Dispensing requisitions to wards are fulfilled completely or not at all, with a PDF handover record. Each ward has its own stock, supplied by the pharmacy and consumed from the inpatient chart.

What is missing today
- Expired lots are not blocked at issue, and FEFO order is not applied automatically.
- There are no supplier purchase orders and no per-patient prescription dispensing.
- The daily expiry alert has a single 30-day horizon.
