Patient portal
Status: Implemented in the application · evaluated in the pilot
A separate portal with the patient's own account: appointments (online request and cancellation), validated lab results with PDF report, active prescriptions, referrals, discharge summaries, notifications and questions to the attending physician of the latest admission. Patients update their contact details and password.
