Inpatient chart (FOCG)

The electronic inpatient chart is organised in sections: progress notes with vital signs, investigation and lab requests, treatment, prescriptions and referrals, material consumption and coding (secondary ICD-10 diagnoses, procedures). Official sheets print as PDF, and recorded consumption can generate the consumption voucher in accounting.
